Global Friends is a non-profit, non-partisan organization. It is a new and small organization yet its aims and objectives are high and lofty. One of the basic aims of Global Friends, which is now a registered NGO, is to provide educational assistance to needy and disadvantaged children in rural areas of  Azad Kashmir (  Pakistan) without any discrimination of gender, sect, or religion. The vision of the Global Friends is to give voice to the voiceless by creating awareness about their rights & duties, serving the
underprivileged of the society by creating opportunities that lead to socio-economic uplift at individual and community level. The organization also aims to create opportunities for women, children and young people to achieve their full potential for progress and prosperity of their community.
